Happy New Year!

I've been enjoying all your blogs, looking at your homes covered in snow and your lovely winter decor.  I would love to post some snow photos of my own, except today it's 80 DEGREES - IN JANUARY!  AGHHHH!  So, I updated my header picture, to show you this is what it looks like today in my corner of the world!

  2. I don't think I have any sympathy for you--it's 23 degrees here and not expected to even get close to the freezing mark till sometime Wednesday afternoon! And to rub salt in the wound, we have no snow either!

  4. Hi Rhonda! It's funny how I stumbled upon your blog, I'm in Wichester and I couldn't believe the weather on Sat! 80 degrees, taking down the outside Christmas decor was pretty amazing!

  10. Oh, you are soooo lucky!! That sunshine makes me so jeaous because when I swim here in Oregon, I'm in an indoor pool.

Thanks for visiting and signing on to follow me at Always Nesting. We lived in Southern California for many years till transfers took us on more journeys. One of my bestest friends lives in Yucaipa and we talk on the phone for hours. Some friends are forever friends even when you don't see each other often.

Love your pics. Will browse longer when I have more time. Hubby wants to take in a movie today. Hugs, Marla

  11. Rhonda ~

Thank you so much for your sweet comment. It's hard (emotionally) being a mom sometimes ~ as you well know. I still have the "need" to try and fix things when they aren't going just right. Those days are behind me and now I just have to be the supporter and listener. Not an easy job :)
